Love it or Return it for Refund

We want you to LOVE every element of your REÅLEA SKINCARE customer experience, and as an independent, founder owned & operated company, we are deeply committed to giving you the very best products and service every time while fulfilling our public benefit mission.

If you should ever need to make a return for refund, we'll make the process as seamless as possible.

We welcome your feedback or questions, and we can help try to find the best match for you within our product offerings. Before taking the decision to return something, please feel free to reach out with any questions.

Still want a refund? No problem, we have you covered.

Enter your email or order number on our Refund Request Page to receive a shipping label via email. Once we receive the returned items, we will process either a full refund or store credit as you prefer.

What items are returnable?

Our complete product collection is returnable, with the exception of our digital gift card. Eligible items must have been purchased directly from realea.com within the last 30 days. If your item falls outside of these requirements, please email us support@realea.com for further guidance.

What items are non-refundable?

Orders placed during gifting promotions where free product was received with a qualifying value purchase are not eligible for return. 

We cannot process a return for products purchased through a retail partner. Refunds and store credit are available only for purchases made through realea.com.

Do we accept international returns?

Yes! We want you to be delighted with your experience no matter where you live in the world. If you are an international client seeking a return, please email us directly for options at support@realea.com. Please note that International shipping charges, customs fees, and taxes are not eligible for refund. You'll be provided a return label and your refund will process following delivery of your package to our warehouse. 

Do we accept exchange requests?

No. Only returns, any new items would need to be purchased through realea.com.

Need to cancel an order that hasn't shipped yet?

Our returns portal works only for orders that have been fulfilled. If your package hasn't left our warehouse yet and you need to cancel, please contact us right away.
