Shipping policy
We ship to all 50 U.S. States and a growing number of international countries. All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive an additional notification when your order has shipped. We strive to fulfill your order on the same day it was placed. All our products come with a handwritten quality seal stating the production date, batch and bottle number.
U.S. Domestic & International Shipping Rates and Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We use carrier apps to calculate your shipping rates per your geography, the package weight and delivery speed. You may select from USPS, UPS and DHL carriers; and choose among economy, standard and expedited speeds.
In-person pickup
You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at our Santa Rosa Headquarters, just off the Hwy 101 College Ave Exit. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 to 2 business days. You will get notifications via email or text when your order is ready.
Our on-site pickup hours are 10am - 7pm from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.
International Shipping
We strive to make our REÅLEA® SKINCARE products available to anyone around the world who wants them. Currently, we ship internationally to Canada, Mexico, Australia, New Zealand, United Kingdom, Sweden, France, Germany, Japan and South Korea.
International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. REÅLEA SKINCARE is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has been processed for shipping and about to leave our facility, you will immediately receive an email notification from us which will include a link with a tracking number you can use to check its status.
If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@realea.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you right away.
Shipping to P.O. boxes
We do ship to P.O. boxes, but can only do so through the postal carrier, USPS.
